Haha, this is the type of program I need! I have almost 10 GB worth of workouts and diet advices but I never use them. I know that just planning to change the diet won’t help me lose the extra weight but I can’t motivate myself to change something. I have no muscle tone and my diet is a mess, I eat a lot of junk food and sweets. I don’t know why I don’t do something about this, I think it’s just a lot easier to stay the same and do nothing. Deep down I know this is bad, but that’s not helping.
Thanks a lot for sharing your own experience, I also tried the Cabbage soup diet and surprisingly, had a great reaction. I managed to lose 5 pounds but it also felt like I had a fresh start. You made me very curious with your program; it has a very unique approach!

I’m very happy I found your site, I just had my twins and eating healthy is a huge struggle. I’m a single mom so I have to do everything around the house and take care of my babies so I resorted to takeaway. This is costing me a small fortune and as you can tell; my diet is a mess so I am looking for better options. I just subscribed and I’m looking forward to your email. By the way, I went back and watched all the videos (1 and 2) and they are great! You are doing a fantastic job!

As mother you have a special responsibility regarding your eating behavior because you know that your kids will prefer eating habits, you prefer. So the healthier they are the better. I watched the videos in reverse order! I’m not one to follow diet after diet because I’m too lazy but your “52 Chef Habits” seems to have a genuine and healthy approach, I’m very interested in this program. Hope others feel like me and you give us access to the course soon.

Wow Gabi, this is tempting me a lot! I’m not a big fan of spending hours in the kitchen so shorter, easier recipes is the way to go. My two favorite dishes at the moment are low carb pizza and quesadillas with chicken breast and tomatoes. Loved all the videos you posted and am very excited to try out some of the things you talked about. Can’t wait to get your email!
