I’m VERY close to finishing our long-awaited 52 clean eating changes manual.
I’ve been working on this for a couple of months, but I’m finally going to wrap it up.
I will be realeasing it in mid of November.
The book will be entirely focused on “helping you with your struggles to implement clean eating in your life”.
After receiving many emails requesting answers to your most challenging clean eating questions, I realized that one single guide wasn’t going to be enough.
Not nearly enough!
In fact, I need two of them! So, I’m adding an action oriented planner, a working book, that helps you make your clean eating habits stick. I’m excited to announce a 2-Volume set:

I decided to include also 3 FREE Tutorial Videos and different Motivational Tools.
I’m going to cover all the ways that help you to put these habits into practice. When it comes to building your clean eating habits I’ll take you by the hand, showing you how to stick to these habits long enough for them to be ingrained.
