Faye Brooks says
I just started by my goal is to have my better eating habits the same as my workout habits. I go to the gym every morning at 5am and I work out for an hr. I do this 6 days a week. I would love for my eating habit to be the same. I have lost weight and inches, I’m smaller because I do weight training but I do feel like if I could get my eating better I would already be were I want to be. So my goal is to be eating just as good as I workout by December 31, 2014.
Dear Faye,
congratulations for your persistence regarding your early morning 1-hour workouts in the gym for 6 days a week. Wow, I’m really impressed. Your workout habit is a keystone habit that has the potential to put healthy eating habits easily into place. Make sure that the first meal after your workout - whenever it takes place - is super healthy - you may want to check out in this context this week’s breakfast challenge: http://leanjumpstart.com/clean-eating-recipes/clean-eating-breakfast/
With both smart habits in place you will find it easier to stick to a healthy nutrition throughout your day. All the best:)
