Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt/homemade yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir together
  2. Chill for an hour in the refrigerator.
