- 1 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
- Blend oregano and garlic in a food processor.
- While the food processor is running, pour the olive oil and continue to process until the herb is very finely chopped.
- Now blend in feta for 10 seconds or more.
