  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 large green bell peppers
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 12 cans diced tomatoes (or 68 fresh tomatoes)
  • 6 large green onions
  • 34 oz (1 liter) water
  • 34 cubes of organic vegetable broth (low sodium)


  1. Cut vegetables into small pieces and cover with water.
  2. Heat it up and let it come to a boil. Add cubes.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with low-sodium salt, pepper, parsley, etc.
