A delicious, nutrient-dense sandwich spread recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 120 ml/ 4 oz. water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice of a freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1 bed of cress
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put sunflower seeds, lemon juice, and water into food processor.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Then cut off the cress bed and mix again for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with pepper.
  5. Use it as a spread on whole grain bread.

Notes

  • Tip: Garden cress spread should be used up immediately!
